Georgetown Financial Services, LLC d/b/a Georgetown Development Partners (GDP) is a full-service real estate company. Our integrated service offerings include development; owner’s representative and project management; and investment and acquisition. GDP delivers high impact real estate solutions to the challenges faced by our clients and the communities in which we serve. We provide development services for public and private (not-for-profit and for profit) organizations including housing authorities, housing cooperatives and other community focused entities, helping them to realize their vision. OWNER REPRESENTATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As owner's representative, we bridge the gap between ownership and all other entities involved with the project to assure the owner’s goals and vision are achieved. We provide organizations our expertise in acquisition, programming, design, environmental strategies, financing, construction, and operations. From initial vision to project execution and completion, we help our clients achieve their goals. On behalf of the owner, we assume responsibility for managing architects and engineers, contractors, suppliers, movers, IT contractors, and any other professions involved in the project. GDP coordinates all resources throughout the life of a project to achieve predetermined objectives of the owner regarding scope, cost, time, and quality. INVESTMENT AND ACQUISITION

Accomplishing its mission requires GDP to make value add investments and deploy capital in disenfranchised communities in order to improve the quality of life.
