Meet The Team

Company Profile

The officers of GDP, Dallas Evans and Felix Yeoman, collectively, have over fifty years of real estate and finance expertise. They have built the company on hard work and a deep commitment to the communities that they serve. They are keenly aware of their corporate and social responsibilities, having served on Boards of Directors of Higher Education, HealthCare and various community-based organizations.

Early on GDP was selected to lead an initiative to reposition 800 units of housing over 10 complexes, in Washington, DC, in order to maintain their affordability. The program provided a thorough assessment of the project’s physical condition and financial needs and engaged the process of public and private financing to secure capital for the long-term improvements.

GDP was selected as Owner’s Representative to reposition a 200-unit community located on six acres in downtown Washington, DC. The company successfully worked to unlock value of the property through hands-on asset management and a tailored capital improvement program focused on enhancing the quality of life for the residents.

As a consequence of these projects GDP has established a niche of re-developing communities to improve the lives of residents that currently reside in those neighborhoods. Within Georgetown Development Partners LLC, development, acquisition, planning, and project management are guided by a deep commitment to environmental, social, and financial responsibility.

Our Services

Georgetown Financial Services, LLC d/b/a Georgetown Development Partners (GDP) was founded in 2006 by its principal Mr. Dallas R. Evans. The company was founded with a vision of re-developing communities and strengthening the fabric of neighborhoods through a studied caretaking of their financial, physical and personal needs with the aim of providing a high quality of life for all. This is achieved, in part, through a combination of preservation, renovation and infill, plus new construction.
